I began working in the medical industry in 1990 after receiving my Master’s degree in Public Administration. Working in several aspects of the field, including medical devices, case management, and direct service delivery; I have always gravitated toward, and excelled at, the pragmatic nuts and bolts end of things. Over the years, I realized that what I did best was make the business end of things run smoothly so the more clinically oriented types could do their thing in peace. Simplicity Billing Solutions was born out of a strong desire and commitment to make it possible for solo practitioners to ply their trade successfully despite the ever increasing influence of managed care and corporate health care agencies.
